Richie Quake is a musician and DJ from Brooklyn, NY. A graduate of SUNY Purchase’s Music Conservatory, his music has been featured in Comedy Central shows "Broad City" and "Detroiters." As a musical act, Richie has played shows in LA, Montreal, NYC, and had toured several cities throughout the north eastern united states.
As a DJ, Richie has played most of New York City's premier nightclubs including 1Oak, Up & Down, Paul's Baby Grand, The Blond, Public, Goldbar, Rose Bar, and Le Bain. In addition, he’s DJ’d public and private events for high profile clients such as Ferragamo, Wilhelmina Models, DJ Dahi, Dave Chapelle, Roy Woods and DMX, among others.
Throughout his career, Richie has been featured in New York Magazine, The Fader, Nylon, Vice, Milk Magazine, Pigeons and Planes, Yahoo News, Earmilk, Oyster Mag, and Paper Mag. MTV UK recently stated that “it’s clear that Richie Quake is steadily becoming a force to be reckoned with.”
In addition to his musical career, Richie has also modeled for publications such as Rolling Stone Magazine and curated art shows at various spaces such as Kinfolk.
